About the Department

Computer Science and Engineering is a course that deals with design, implementation and management of information systems of both software and hardware processes. Computer Science Engineering (CSE) encompasses a variety of topics that relates to computation, like analysis of algorithms, programming languages, program design, software, and computer hardware. A Computer Science and Engineering diploma holder will do.

• Design and develop software application for different industries
• Manages the software, hardware & networks in any industry
• Involves in the design and development of the hardware components of PCs & laptops
• Develop software for peripheral computing devices such as printers, modems and scanners
• Writes code and algorithms for operating systems like Windows, Linux etc.

The aim of this diploma is to enable students to acquire specialized knowledge for various subjects in Computer Science and Engineering as well as to enrich student’s personal, social and cognitive development to meets challenges of today and tomorrow. The department is equipped with high end computers ,latest software and state of art IT infrastructure. Our students are exposed to up to date curriculum, technology and techniques.

• Computer Workshop: This Lab is used to give hands on experience to students regarding computer Hardware and Introduction to Computer Hardware Basics.

• Programming Lab: This lab is used by students to learn programming skills in languages like C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, MySQL, Wordpress, Moodle.
