Hostel

The Hostel of Govt. Polytechnic College (for both Boys and Girls), Jalandhar is virtually a home away from home for our students coming from various corners of Punjab and other states. Our Hostel is with an intake of about 240 students with all facilities and comforts, providing them congenial atmosphere for studies. Security of the students is the prime concern of authorities which is managed by 24-hours manned gates. Mess along with Tuck-shop and Common room caters to the need of students.

Hostel Management: It includes college staffs that are monitoring day to day activities of hostel:

2. Deepti Jain, Lect. (Hostel Warden)
3. Manjit Kaur (Hostel Supdtt.)
4. Attendants (Day and Night)

Hostel Facilities: The hostels are provided with all basic facilities including water coolers with water purifiers, common TV room, common reading room, playgrounds like badminton volleyball, etc. Adequate dining facilities are available for all hostellers. A guest House for the stay of guardians of the Boarders is an additional feature for their convenience. 24-hours surveillance cameras are installed in the whole building.
